We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we’ve designed this policy to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible for our global cycling community.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Brake Pads (once installed or removed from packaging)
- Inner Tubes (all sizes: 20″, 24″, 26″, 27.5″, 29″)
- Bearings (if packaging has been opened)
- Base Layers and Bras (for hygiene reasons)
- Bar End Plugs (if used or installed)
These restrictions help ensure customer safety and product integrity for all members of our cycling community.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Your refund will reflect the product cost minus any return shipping fees
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once your return is approved
