At MAXXIS Sales, we are dedicated to getting your cycling gear to you quickly and reliably, no matter where you are in the world (excluding Asia and some remote areas).
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Products
To ensure customer safety and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Brake Pads: If installed or removed from original packaging.
- Inner Tubes: All sizes (20″, 24″, 26″, 27.5″, 29″).
- Bearings: If packaging has been opened.
- Base Layers and Bras: For hygiene reasons.
- Bar End Plugs: If used or installed.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to provide all necessary details.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Your refund will reflect the product cost minus any return shipping fees.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once your return is approved.
