INSTRUCTIONS

1: put on a sock and bicycle shoe
2: Pull the shoe cover over the toe of the shoe
3: Then pull the shoe cover over the heel, being careful not to catch the cleats
4: Make sure that no part of the shoe covers is on the cleats or heel.
Remove the shoe cover from the cleats and heel if necessary.
