Order Process:

• Adding items to your cart does not reserve them—products are only reserved once payment is confirmed
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
• We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
• Some products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons:
  • Brake pads if installed or removed from original packaging
  • All inner tubes (20″, 24″, 26″, 27.5″, 29″)
  • Bearings if packaging has been opened
  • Base layers and bras (hygiene reasons)
  • Bar end plugs if used or installed
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
